Andra Migiu is currently the Head of Division for the Security and Defence Office at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg. With over 17 years of progressive experience across financial services industry, she has held leadership roles within the EIB, including Head of Unit for Business Development and Planning for business outside the EU and managing the deployment of the EIB Group pan-European Guarantee Fund.
Prior to joining the EIB, she held senior roles at KPMG Romania, specializing in consultancy and audit for the financial sector. Her expertise spans loan management, investment operations, and strategic project leadership. Notably, also served as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health in Romania, bringing a unique blend of public and private sector experience.
Andra holds an MBA degree from Luxembourg School of Business.
