Margot has more than 17 years’ experience working in program development and management on climate change and nature-based solutions across the UN, public and private sectors. ​Prior to joining Bridge Carbon, she worked with clients in the UN, insurance sector, and carbon market to develop and plan NbS programs and projects in the Middle East and South-East Asia. ​Earlier, she was Director of Programs at Earth Security, where she managed developed public-private partnership solutions on sustainable development and NbS in the Horn of Africa, India, Indonesia and the Philippines. ​At Bridge Carbon she has been developing the portfolio of high-integrity nature-based carbon removals projects in Sub-Suharan Africa and South-East Asia, and oversees operations of all carbon projects in the Africa region.
