Paddy joined Astorg in 2020 and is responsible for corporate tax and investment fund tax matters, including in respect of Astorg's global carried interest and co-investment schemes.

Prior to Astorg, Paddy was a solicitor in the Tax and Structuring department of Macfarlanes where he advised a broad range of private equity funds on the structuring of their investments, as well as fundraisings and house-related matters. Before that he worked as a trainee solicitor at Simmons and Simmons LLP. 

Paddy has a Chartered Tax Adviser qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an MA from the University of Cambridge.
