Jürgen Primm has been involved in real estate and urban development in various positions for around 25 years. His career began with training as a bank clerk, followed by studies in geography, political science and European law in Saarbrücken.
After completing his studies, he worked for five years as a department head in a location consulting and market research office in Nuremberg.
From 2003 to 2016, he was project development coordinator for Agora, Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxembourg), where he played a key role in the revitalisation of the 120-hectare industrial wasteland in Belval, which is now home to the University of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, among other things.
Since 2016, he has been managing director of Landimmo Real Estate, the real estate division of the family-owned Landewyck Group, where he is primarily involved in the revitalisation of the inner-city production area in Luxembourg-Hollerich, but also in project developments in Ettelbruck and other locations.
He currently also holds a teaching position at the University of Luxembourg. He is a member of Luxreal and received their award in the ‘Investors’ category at the 2024 Real Estate Awards ceremony.
