ALFI Private Assets Conference

Vittoria specialises in the structuring, setting up, and registration of Luxembourg regulated (SIFs, SICARs, UCITS and Part II funds) and unregulated (limited partnerships and RAIFs) investment funds investing across a variety of asset classes such as private equity, debt/credit, real estate and infrastructure.

She advises alternative investment fund managers and fund management companies on their establishment and licensing, as well as on their ongoing regulatory obligations and cross-border issues. Vittoria also advises sponsors, funds and fund service providers on complex regulatory issues.

Vittoria is an active member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), where she sits on the Regulatory Board, as well as being part of their AIFMD/UCITS focussed working group. She is also active with the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) for which she is member of the ELTIF working group and part of Young Private Equity Leaders group.

She joined the firm in 2017, prior to which she gained experience in the regulatory department at one of the Big 4.
