Victoria Döringer is Head of Marketing & Institutional Relations at Finologee, a Luxembourg-based fintech/regtech company. Since 2021, she has overseen the company’s brand positioning and led its marketing and communication activities, drawing on her experience in digital marketing, strategic positioning, and business storytelling.

Previously, she headed the Brussels office of a German public affairs and lobbying firm, where she worked on digitalisation and startup-related topics. In Luxembourg, she held a marketing role at a fund platform and contributed as a freelance journalist, reporting on digital developments, EU legislation, and funding opportunities for startups.
