Fatiha Charti is Senior Vice President and Head of Relationship Management, Client Service & Business Development at State Street Luxembourg. She sits on the Luxembourg leadership team, helping steer strategy and growth locally.

With 25+ years in financial services, Fatiha has built her career around managing major client relationships, leading cross-border teams, and executing large transformation programs. At State Street (since 2014), she’s held roles including heading the Global Client Program Management Office, driving onboarding optimization, client experience, and revenue initiatives. She’s also led M&A integration and strategic change programs.

Prior to joining State Street, Fatiha worked at Citi, BBH, and Euroclear in client services, sales, operations, and business strategy roles. She earned her bachelor’s degree from HEC Management School, University of Liège, and a master’s from the University of Leicester. She speaks French, English, and Arabic.
