Maureen Wiwinius serves as a Senior Counselor at the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. She joined the Ministry in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing matters related to investment funds and capital markets.
Prior to her role at the Ministry, Maureen spent 11 years at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), where she held various management positions with a focus on capital markets.
Maureen Wiwinius holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the ICHEC Brussels Management School. She is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
