Pauline Roux joined AllianceBernstein (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. as Vice President and Counsel in 2022, after having worked as external counsel for 7 years for a Luxembourg law firm. Her practice focuses on structuring and regulatory matters relating to Luxembourg alternative investment funds. She also has expertise in the marketing of funds and financial services. Ms Roux is an active member of several working groups at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry and co-chairing the Debt Funds working group.
