Audrey Mucciante is a counsel in the Finance team with almost 20 years’ experience on national and cross-border banking and finance work, including in particular, bank lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, asset finance, and structured finance.
Audrey also has broad experience in insolvency and restructuring work.
Audrey regularly advises lenders and borrowers in cross-border and local transactions, restructuring and corporate law.
