Chris Hunter is a Private Investment Director for the Private Client Practice and a Partner at Cambridge Associates.

Chris joined Cambridge Associates in 2000 and has more than 25 years of investment experience. Over his tenure, he has held several leadership roles at the firm, most recently as the CEO of CA Limited. Prior to that, he served as the Global Head of the Endowment & Foundation Practice and before then was head of the firm’s Beijing office. Chris joined the firm as a private investments specialist and continues to work with a range of institutional and private investors in China, the US, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Outside of his work as an investor, Chris serves on the Board of Directors at Maur Hill-Mount Academy Prep School.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Chris worked at Endeavor Corporation, a start-up consulting firm focused on the beverage industry, where he engaged in firm strategy, client engagements, and business development. He also worked at Ernst & Young, LP and Peterson Consulting, LP.

Chris received his MBA from Dartmouth College and his BA from the University of Notre Dame. He is a CFA® charterholder.
