Elena Moisei is Managing Director of Kroll Luxembourg, Portfolio Valuation practice, Alternative Asset Advisory unit.

She has over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and business advisory roles in Romania and Luxembourg.

Elena is experienced in the valuation of illiquid investments, and she excels working with Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) clients, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure funds and real estate fund managers in Luxembourg and across the globe.

Elena is a member of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). She is also a board member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA). Currently, she is acting as a valuation trainer for private equity and private debt courses at the House of Training by The Chamber of Commerce.
