As private funds continue to gain traction, their increasing investments into illiquid assets pose unique challenges – especially in light of the growing demand for liquidity. This panel will delve into the evolving landscape where private funds, traditionally long-term and illiquid by nature, are now being structured to accommodate more frequent investors’ redemptions. We will explore the implications of this shift, particularly in the context of heightened regulatory scrutiny under AIFMD II, which mandates the integration of robust liquidity management tools. Join our panel of experts as they discuss the complexities, challenges, and opportunities that lie at the intersection of private funds and evergreen structures in today's dynamic financial environment.
