Dale J. Quarry is the Head of International Financial Data Services (Luxembourg) S.A., (“IFDSL”) and a Director of the IFDSL Board. Prior to becoming Head of IFDSL, Dale held positions in IFDSL as the Head of Compliance, Head of Registration Services, MLRO, Head of Governance, and RR (Responsible Person for Overseeing Compliance).
Dale is ultimately responsible for client service delivery, resource planning and management, the financial performance and governance of IFDSL. Dale also leads market engagement locally and have responsibility for building and maintaining key relationships across shareholder, stakeholder and client organizations.
Prior to joining IFDSL in 2015, Dale spent 20 years at J.P. Morgan Bank (U.S. and Luxembourg), holding management roles in Fund Accounting; Risk Management; and Compliance. Dale was also one of the directors for several JPMorgan companies used to manage internal financing across Europe.
Dale is member of ALFI and ALCO. She is also a mentor for SSBIL and IFDSL staff.
Dale holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pace University, and a Master’s degree in Public Accounting from Fordham University, both in New York City.
