Anne is an independent director and a Partner at ONE corporate S.à r.l., a Luxembourg based company licensed by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg to carry on domiciliation and administration services, where her primary responsibility is Client Relationship Manager supporting clients’ business across the various line of activity and services offered by the group. She also takes responsibility for overseeing business transitions for strategic relationships and helps clients navigate the statutory requirements for new incorporations and regulatory submissions to the CSSF.

Anne is an experienced professional of the financial services sector; she has a strong understanding of the Luxembourg ecosystem backed by 25 years’ experience spent in the fund industry. She has an in-depth operational expertise ranging from back to middle office, deriving from multiple positions at and interactions with numerous fund administrators, registrars, and global custodians in the market.
Anne has specific knowledge of regulated fund structuring, legal documentation drafting and reviews, including CSSF interactions for open ended regulated products.
During her career she developed solid distribution and marketing expertise for UCITS and AIFs and project management skills (fund cross border mergers and large-scale cross border fund administration migrations).

Anne has strong client relationship skills, high client dedication and ability to develop detailed client business understanding. She is pragmatic and solution driven.
