Borja joined Stoneshield Capital in August 2021 as Head of the Luxembourg office. He is responsible for running all the Luxembourg related operations (i.e oversight of third-party delegates, portfolio management, NAV production, ESG oversight, etc. Borja´s professional career begins in 20215 at EY Luxembourg where he got specialized in the Alternative Investment Funds Industry servicing institutional international Real Estate and private Equity Managers as well as private middle market investment funds and club deals as Auditor. He is highly skilled in Real Estate financial analysis; controls review and valuation of Real Assets. He has a notable experience in applying the INREV Guidelines. He has also proven knowledge in Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS especially applied to the Real Estate sector (whereof Core, Core+, Opportunistic or Value-added Strategies) as well as SOX controls expertise.
