Carlo joined the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in 1994. After several years of experience in the listing of international securities, he was made responsible for the prospectus approval team. From 2006 to 2011, he was in charge of Bonds and Derivatives Listing. From 2011 to 2014, he was heading the Issuers and Securities Department.
Since 2014, Carlo is in charge of Relationship Management. He is also member of various committees and working groups of authorities and industry associations, like the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) , Association of Financial Markest in Europe (AFME), Luxembourg Fund Industry Association (ALFI) and the Luxembourg Capital Market Association (LuxCMA).
Carlo Oly holds a degree in BA from University of Trier (Germany). He is a regular speaker at International Capital Markets conferences and seminars.
