Raluca is Partner and the coordinator of the legal managed services of EY Law Luxembourg.

She specializes in corporate, M&A and data protection. With over 15 years of practice, she has an extensive experience in managing cross-border assignments and dealing with complex corporate transactions. As coordinator of the legal managed services, Raluca assists large groups (regulated and non-regulated) with local and/or multinational presence in need of day-to-day corporate governance and corporate law assistance throughout the legal entity lifecycle.

Her career track started as an associate attorney in the corresponding law firm of EY Romania at that time. In 2018 she joined EY Luxembourg’s corporate department. Following the set-up of EY Law Luxembourg in 2022, Raluca was promoted to partner in July 2023. 

Raluca is a qualified EU attorney and holds a LL.B and an LL.M degree from Babeș-Bolyai University – Law Faculty of Cluj-Napoca (Romania).
