Nick is the founder and CEO of Verumex, Inc. (“VmX”), a global data platform serving the real fund industry. Previously, Nick founded Anvil Asset Advisors, an Oslo-based investment firm that has partnered with international private equity funds to acquire over $1.8 billion of Nordic properties. Prior to Anvil, Nick co-founded Ambolt, the first Nordic real estate debt fund. Prior to Ambolt, Nick founded Global Realty Outsourcing (GRO), a pioneering real estate services firm that scaled to 1,500 employees and 65 clients. Prior to GRO, Nick was a Managing Director for Capital Trust (since acquired by Blackstone), the first and largest dedicated real estate mezzanine lender at that time.
