Anne-Sophie joined the Cross-Border Tax M&A department of Deloitte Luxembourg in 2018. Prior to joining Deloitte, Anne-Sophie worked as tax advisor for KPMG Luxembourg and as a full-time lecturer in France at Sorbonne and Assas Universities where she taught French tax law .

During her experience as consultant, she has assisted alternative investment asset management firms in designing both regulated and unregulated fund structures in Luxembourg (real assets), with a focus on tax governance matters for M&A clients and notably the implementation of internal tax control frameworks.

She holds a Master 2 in Tax Law and a Master 2 in Public business law from Sorbonne University.
