Thibault joined Deloitte in 2006, and currently serves as Partner in operations and digital transformation for the financial services industry, and in particular for investment management, for both public and private markets.
Thibault has extensive experience in reviewing and designing target operating models, by contemplating solutions to resolve client challenges and enable their business strategy, such as outsourcing activities to 3rd-party services providers or deploying technology solutions. He has accompanied many clients in their digital transformation, by acting as enterprise architect and by leading the implementation of core systems and digital enablers.
Thibault is also following closely digital innovation, such as AI, blockchain and digital assets to explore their impacts on the investment management industry.
