Kenneth MacRae joined Hines in 2002 and has been Managing Director – Regulatory Matters, with responsibility for regulatory and governance matters relating to Hines’ European regulated funds management business since July 2017. Prior to this he was managing director of Hines’ Luxembourg regulated businesses from 2008 – 2017, servicing investment structures managed by Hines, with combined assets under management and administration of approximately €8.6bn. Mr. MacRae joined Hines in London in the investment management team, as a controller, having previously been group financial controller of an international hotel group, where he had responsibility for the financial management of the group. Mr. MacRae is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. MacRae is responsible for oversight of Hines’ European regulated management activities, including acting as a board member of Hines’ Luxembourg AIFM.
