Francesca Gigli Prym is CEO of UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. and Head of ManCos Europe since February 2019. In February 2025 she has been appointed Regional Operating Officer for AM EMEA. Francesca is a Member of the Board of Directors (Vice Chairperson) of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund industry (ALFI) as well as member of ad-hoc committees and conference lecturer. She is active in the Luxembourg funds industry since more than 20 years with a broad expertise in Compliance and Risk Management.
