Mr. Candolfini is Head of Office and Chair of the Board at Janus Henderson Investors Europe S.A., the Luxembourg-domiciled Management Company of Janus Henderson Investors. Prior to joining Janus Henderson in 2020, Mr Candolfini held senior management positions in risk management at different investment fund managers in Luxembourg. At the start of his career in the asset management industry, Mr. Candolfini worked in portfolio management and fund selection.

Mr. Candolfini is a CFA Charterholder and holds the FRM designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and has 20 years of experience in the investment funds industry.
