Adina is Head of Data, Operations and Support Services at ALFI, where she also oversees HR, Diversity and corporate responsibility. Over her 13 years with the association, her career has progressed from a junior role to senior leadership.

Today, she focuses on team leadership and organisational development within the financial services sector, while also covering compliance. This builds on more than a decade of solid experience in HR management, operations and administration.

As ALFI’s Diversity & Inclusion ambassador and CSR coordinator, Adina drives meaningful change and promotes the adoption of sustainable practices in Luxembourg’s fund industry. She holds advanced qualifications in Banking, Finance, Insurance and Investment Funds from the University of Paris Nanterre, and recently completed GRI International certification in Sustainable Finance.

Adina also represents ALFI in key industry forums, including serving on the ASTF Board of Directors. Her leadership spans both operational excellence and strategic transformation, positioning her uniquely to address the evolving needs of the next generation fund industry.
