Inês Crisóstomo is the ADVANCE Mentoring Program Coordinator and member of the Gender Equality Office at the University of Luxembourg. With over a decade of experience in researcher development, Inês supports scientists and teams in navigating the evolving research landscape. She is passionate about fostering a positive research culture, with a strong focus on connection, mentoring, and collaborative learning. Inês has worked at leading research institutions across the USA, Austria, and Portugal. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), certified as both a coach/mentor and a manager of mentoring and coaching programs.
