Antoine is an Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory matters related to the structuring, organisation, restructuring, and day-to-day management of investment fund managers and investment funds, particularly UCITS and retail alternative investment funds. He has also developed specific expertise in ESG matters within the investment fund industry, addressing the relevant legal and regulatory aspects. He is also a member of several working groups established by the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). Antoine was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019. Before joining Arendt definitively in 2019, he completed internships in the EU & Competition Law department of the same firm and in the legal department of the prudential control department of the National Bank of Belgium. In 2024, Antoine joined Arendt’s London representative office and was seconded to Fidelity International in London. Antoine Portelange holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
