Christina is an accredited Leadership Coach at Senior Practitioner level, a Fearless Organization Scan Practitioner of Psychological Safety, a Certified Civil & Commercial Mediator and Workplace Mediator from the London School of Mediation (LSM). She is a Board Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is an experienced speaker.

Christina has 20 years of experience, including from top-tier brand, advertising, and communications agencies, such as WPP, Tulchan Communications, and Brunswick Group. During her financial and corporate comms career, she worked on a many high profile transactions and events, including media and investor roadshows, IPOs, mergers, state visits and conferences. 

Fascinated by work culture and leadership development, Christina founded Workculturati in 2020, a boutique agency dedicated to fostering inclusive and innovative work environments. She specialises in helping leaders and teams to get unstuck, to create sustainable change and to communicate clearly. She also brings a global perspective gained from working across the UK, Spain, Colombia, Australia, and Luxembourg to her coaching and consultancy work.

Christina holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching from Middlesex University and an MA in Politics and Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. She is a Mental Health First Aider, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a work culture commentator.
