ALFI NextGen Event

Valentine joined ONE group solutions in January 2023 in the Business Development department where she supports the growth of ManCo and AIFM services by working on strategic deals, collaborating with business leaders, and assisting technical teams with RFPs.

After obtaining a degree in Finance and Management with a Masters in Negotiation from the IESEG School of Management in 2020, Valentine joined a headhunting firm where she focused on business development and recruiting for financial services, particularly in Luxembourg’s fund sector. Over three years, she developed a deep understanding of the industry’s needs and dynamics. Realising that she wanted to dive deeper into the funds industry and strengthen her understanding of the third party ManCo / AIFM world, she joined ONE group solutions, her prospect at the time. Valentine is an active member of the ALFI NextGen Committee and is very involved in several industry initiatives.
