ALFI NextGen Event

With nearly 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Sandra joined the Market Intelligence department of ALFI, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, in 2021. Since then, she has mainly served as Programme Manager for several Luxembourg flagship conferences, international roadshows, and other specific events. She co-chairs the organising Committee of the yearly ALFI Nextgen event and participates in the Nextgen initiative project. Sandra began her career in 2000 at Kredietbank Luxembourg (now Quintet private bank) and spent 16 years in the marketing department of KTL, its asset management company, where she held roles as Fund Product Manager and Project Manager. She used to assume responsibility for creating, updating, and promoting hundreds of multilingual factsheets for the UCITS in-house fund range. Additionally, she ensured regular compliance of these factsheets with European authorities, aligning them with amendments to all related legal documentation such as prospectuses and KIIDS, which she coordinated with the legal and risk management departments in parallel. Certified as a Prince2 Practitioner, along the way, Sandra managed a number of key projects related to the fund range rebranding, the new asset management website, fund transfers, external data automation, and a compliance mass mailing tool for the five European subsidiaries of the banking group, always with the end client satisfaction in mind.
