ALFI NextGen Event

Mihaela Mercier is an experienced Senior Communications Manager at ALFI, where she has been driving brand visibility and content strategy since joining in 2017. With over a decade of journalism experience across Europe, she has worked with media outlets such as France 24, ARTE, Radio Television Suisse (RTS), Deutsche Welle and ProTV, delivering well documented news reports and engaging specific target audiences.

At ALFI, Mihaela coordinates financial education initiatives and leads a dedicated working group, contributing to numerous events and campaigns, and serves as ALFI's interface on this topic at the EFAMA level.

She is currently exploring innovative tools to enhance internal communications, fostering efficient teamwork and a productive work environment. Mihaela holds a master's degree in television journalism from the University of Strasbourg and a bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Bucharest.
