Luke Varley is General Counsel at Park Square Capital, a leading European private debt fund. He oversees the Legal, Compliance, Governance, and Transaction Execution teams, focusing on mitigating risks across the firm’s funds and investments while helping to create opportunities for the business using his team's talents. He has led the adoption of AI-enabled legal technology tools to enhance fund, transaction and productivity processes. Prior to Park Square, Luke worked in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis in New York and London, and began his career at Skadden Arps in New York. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and as an attorney in New York.
