Anoosh is a pragmatic risk leader with expertise in product, risk management, blockchain and digital assets.Her career started in the public sector at a German NGO in Zimbabwe. Leaving Zimbabwe, she joined Citigroup in a variety of roles spanning across multiple locations including Johannesburg, Belfast and London. During her time at Citi, Anoosh set up the Enterprise Risk Management Team in Belfast and later as the Deputy Head of GRC Methodology, she led global change initiatives to implement bank-wide control enhancement programs. Early during the pandemic, she decided to follow her interest in digital assets and take on a new challenge at Zodia Custody, where she has lead the 2^nd Line of Defense as the Chief Risk Officer over the past four years.
