Finbarr is the Luxembourg Country Head for Schroders since January 2020. Schroders has been in Luxembourg for more than 30 years where it now employs over 170 staff and has AUM of €160bn across public and private market investment strategies.

In addition to his Luxembourg role, Finbarr is the Schroder Group COO for Continental Europe and the regional Head of Product. Finbarr also joined the ALFI board of directors in February 2020.

He has held regional and global roles in Product, Operations, Finance and Change Management during his over 20-year career with the Schroders Group. He has worked for companies such as Deloitte and Brown Brothers Harriman in the past. Finbarr is Irish and has worked in Ireland, the UK and Luxembourg.
