Rob is the Group CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Rezco Asset Management, a specialist pioneer of "man and machine" investment processes that integrate next-generation technologies, including AI into traditional fundamental equity research. During his tenure, Rezco has achieved a market-leading investment track record and won eight best fund awards in major categories. Rob has over 30 years of experience as CEO, including his role prior to Rezco where he led a successful public agriculture and commodities firm in South Africa. Markets and investing have been Rob's lifelong passion since starting his career as a portfolio manager at Momentum Life. He is passionate about how technology innovation including AI can enable the next generation of long-only managers to prosper in an alpha-scarce world dominated by passives, cheap beta and mammoth multi-managers. Rob and his wider family live in Luxembourg and he enjoys cycling and nature.
