Laura Tarrant is a Managing Director within State Street’s ETF Product organization based in Dublin and covering the EMEA region, where she plays a central role across ETF servicing, product development, and cross regional delivery on behalf of State Street’s ETF clients and other key industry participants. She works closely with global teams to shape ETF specific solutions, frequently contributing expertise to major client RFPs, product review boards, and strategic initiatives across EMEA. Laura is a key partner in advancing State Street’s capabilities in a rapidly evolving regulatory and product landscape. Prior to joining the Product team, Laura had leadership roles in State Street ETF Fund Accounting and ETF Servicing teams.
