Francis Parisis joined as Managing Director at Carne Group Luxembourg in September 2025 and is part of the Global Commercial Leadership Team which is responsible for the strategic and operational growth of the organization, leveraging a strong foundation in management and financial markets.

With over four years of leadership experience at PwC Luxembourg, his focus has been on enhancing managed services for alternative assets, including funds and SPVs, through collaborative and innovative approaches. Priori to PwC he held various positions which include Global Head of Family Office and Funds at IQEQ, Global Head of Private Wealth at CSC/Intertrust and Head of Operations at Citco at various locations (Luxembourg, Sydney and Amsterdam).

Francis’ professional mission is rooted in delivering value-driven solutions for financial markets and asset managers while fostering team success. Combining credentials such as TEP and Certified Insurance Broker (CIB) with a passion for enterprise management. Francis holds an Bachelor of Finance from the University of Ghent and Limerick. He is board member of LAFO and STEP, and is the president of the Luxembourg Field Hockey Federation.
