Jill Griffin joined Columbia Threadneedle in April 2023 in the newly created role of Head of Luxembourg Business, Threadneedle Asset Management Luxembourg S.A., where she has a broad responsibility to provide leadership, strategy and day-to-day management for Columbia Threadneedle in Luxembourg. Jill has worked in Fund & Asset Services for 30 years and is an established and active member of our Luxembourg Funds community having occupied senior positions in Luxembourg ManCos and financial institutions. Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle, Jill was the General Manager, Board Director and Chair of Allspring Global Investments Luxembourg S.A (formerly known as Wells Fargo Asset Management), and before that Country CEO of Standard Chartered Bank London Luxembourg Branch, a Luxembourg Depositary Bank. Earlier in her career, Jill has held senior positions in Northern Trust Global Services, Kneip & Deloitte.

Jill has dual British-Luxembourgish nationalities and has lived in the UK, Germany, Japan & Luxembourg.  She is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion and in her spare time is a co-founder and president of the international charity Dress For Success Luxembourg asbl.
