Amelia began her career in strategy consulting, where she worked across a wide range of industries, before joining M&G plc in 2018. She has held various roles across the business, including in the CEO office and supporting M&G’s merger and demerger activity, before moving into Asset Management distribution strategy, and subsequently her current role as COO and Head of Strategy, Global Distribution and Product. Her remit includes working with the Asset Management executive on strategy and prioritisation, strategic planning, market intelligence, and business management across the Global Distribution and Product function. She also sponsors a programme of work on Client Analytics, which seeks to enhance M&G Investments’ client data and technology capabilities and adoption. Amelia holds a master’s degree in Biochemistry from Oxford University.
