Fatiha Charti is a Senior Vice President and Head of EMEA Offshore Relationship Management. In her 25 years within the financial industry, Fatiha has experience in managing and growing large client relationships, building and leading international teams, and delivering on large scale programs.  Since joining State Street in 2014, Fatiha has held key leadership roles. As the Global Head of the Client Program Management Office, Fatiha led a team of conversion program managers, focused on transforming onboarding into an effective driver of client experience. She was also part of the leadership team of an M&A program where she was responsible for integrating the voice of the client in the new model and designing the approach for revenue maximization. Prior to joining State Steet, Fatiha held positions in relationship management, sales, product management, operations, client services, program management and business strategy at Citi, BBH and Euroclear. Fatiha holds a bachelor's degree from the HEC Management School, University of Liège, and a Master's degree from the University of Leicester. She is proficient in French, English, and Arabic languages.
