Solenne Niedercorn-Desouches started her career at UBS as an Advisory Portfolio Manager in 2003. After several years, she joined Lombard Odier, participating in the opening of the Luxembourg entity, the transformation of the Bank in Europe, leading to the implementation of a European Hub and launching the independent asset manager desk. In 2015, Solenne took the entrepreneurial leap and launched her own venture. Subsequently, she joined a start-up incubator to create and launch a classified advertisement platform. She then worked in RegTech to launch a digital KYC product. Currently, she is an independent advisor for start-ups and holds Independent Director mandates in the financial sector.
