Jil Lanners joined the firm in 2014. She was admitted to the New York Bar and became a member of the Luxembourg Bar the same year. Jil holds a maîtrise en droit from the Université de Montpellier (France) and a Master’s degree in business law and economics from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France). She also holds an LLM from the New York University School of Law (USA). Jil advises management companies and AIFMs in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg activities, including regulatory, AML/CFT and cross-border services related questions. She supports clients during on-site/off-site visits from public authorities and related investigations and proceedings.
