Kavitha joined the Apex Group in December 2022 following the acquisition of Maitland. She is part of the Apex Group leadership team as Chief Operating Officer - Luxembourg and is also responsible for client management across Luxembourg and Northern Europe. She is a qualified accountant and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry with a key focus on investment funds & related products and serves on the Board of Directors of ALFI - The Association of Luxembourg Fund Industry and other Luxembourg domiciled investment funds. She has held leadership positions within Maitland, help build the institutional funds business and established the AIFM in Luxembourg in addition to outsource and oversee the fund administration business within the Group.
