Fiona de Watazzi is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation, restructuring and day-to-day management of investment fund managers and investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, liquid AIFs and semi-liquid AIFs investing in private assets.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the New York Bar, and is admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.
She is a member of the EFAMA Fund Regulation standing committee and regularly participates in the ALFI working group on UCITS Eligible Assets.
