Luc Neuberg, Ph.D, is a founding partner of Fair Cost Index. He is also Chairman of the Board of ALRiM, the Luxembourg Association for Risk Management, and President of GFR, Global Fund Risk Association. Luc is a member of the Advisory Committees of the CSSF and a member of the Technical Committee of ESMA. In the past, he was CEO, head of risk management, as well as a board member of diverse investment fund management companies and investment funds. He teaches risk management courses at universities and for professional training institutes. Luc has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, and is a co-author of the book Risk Management for Investment Funds published by McGraw Hill in 2023.
