A multifaceted perspective
Roberto Cesca is Interim Head of Liquid Investment Risk for DWS Group and Head of Risk for DWS Investment S.A.. He is non-executive Director of the Xtrackers (IE) plc.
In his positions, he is responsible locally for the Permanent Risk Management Function of the Luxembourg Management Company and in his global role he ensures a robust investment risk governance for DWS Group liquid products across risk types (market, concentration, liquidity, sustainability and valuation risks).
He joined DWS in July 2017. Before joining DWS he was Senior Investment Risk Analyst at Pioneer Asset Management S.A.
As educational background, he holds a Master Degree in Banking and Finance.
