Mr. Galgan is a Vice President within the European Finance team and serves as the responsible for the risk management function for Blackstone Europe Fund Management S.à r.l. His areas of responsibility encompass risk management for investment funds and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2019, Mr. Galgan held the position of risk manager at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. He specialized in risk management for alternative investment strategies, with a primary focus on private credit, infrastructure, and non-directional hedge fund strategies. Additionally, he provided quantitative risk management support for liquid strategies for both alternative investment funds and UCITS.
