Luc Neuberg, PhD, is a founding partner of Fair Cost Index, the Chairman of the Board of ALRiM, the Luxembourg Association for Risk Management and President of GFR (Global Fund Risk). He is a member of the Advisory Committees of the CSSF. He previously served as CEO, head of risk management and a board member of diverse investment funds and fund management companies.
