ALFI Spring Conference Review

This year's conference was a great success! A record number of 900 professionals, 56 booths and 49 experts joined us for this two-day conference.

Experts from all over the world took the stage to provide attendees with discussion panels dedicated to the key latest regulatory developments on AIFMD, FATCA, Solvency II and EMIR and others, with a special focus on the opportunities and challenges these entail.

This two-day conference attracted the biggest names in the fund industry worldwide and brought together in a single venue the best-known fund managers and service providers.

This year once again, high level international industry experts and valuable networking opportunities have shaped the ALFI Spring Conference.

ALFI Twitter community: get exclusive updates quotes using #ALFISpring

ALFI official Twitter account @ALFIfunds was the key social media platform to get exclusive highlights on the conference discussion topics. @ALFIfunds goers could get live quotes and updates from key discussion panels and tweet their comments to the ALFI Twitter community.

The hashtag #ALFISpring, was used by 38 separate users. During the conference, 60 original tweets were sent to an impressive audience of 64,449 across 14,049 Twitter accounts using the hashtag.

ALFI LinkedIn group members were able to take the UCITS benefits poll, and read a special abridged version of Marc Saluzzi's opening speech.
