7 Jun 2016 | Statements and Position Papers

ESMA issued a discussion paper in April 2016 seeking stakeholders’ views on the development of a framework for UCITS share classes throughout the EU.

The paper centres on a set of high-level principles regarding share classes, which are further detailed, where necessary, by a set of operational principles. On 6 June 2016 ALFI responded to this Discussion Paper.
